PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open/close a vessel lid by a simple drive mechanism of small output, and to provide a lid opening/closing mechanism capable of ensuring the sufficient lid pressing force and easily accommodating the lid. SOLUTION: A carriage 18 hanging the lid 14 is connected by inclined and rotatable link plates 20a and 20b. When the carriage 18 is advanced from the evacuation position A on the side surface of a treatment tank 12 to the upper position B of an upper opening 12a; the inclined link plate 20a is abutted on a first stopper 24 and erected thereby, and a lid 14 is lowered with respect to the carriage 18 to press the upper opening 12a of the treatment tank 12 in a covering manner. The sealed condition of the treatment tank 12 is maintained by keeping the erected condition of the link plates 20a and 20b. |
