PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system quickly responding to an alteration/adjustment of a determined transport plan in the transport service system handling materials and persons set to transport objects. SOLUTION: This transport service system is provided with a transport request file 41 recording transport requests inputted by transport clients via a network 9, a driving offer file 42 recording driving offer information inputted by drivers via the network, a vehicle control file 43 recording control information of renting vehicles, a schedule planning part 51 recording a transport plan, which is formed by assigning the transport request and the driving offer to each renting vehicle based on the transport request information, the driving offer information, and the vehicle control information, in a schedule file 44, a WWW server 52 releasing the transport plan, and a schedule adjustment part 54 adjusting the released transport plan via the network. |
