PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely, efficiently and quickly perform the lifesaving activity to sufferers in casualty such as overturning a ship. SOLUTION: An upper face of this lifesaving device 6 thrown in the water is formed by interknitting network-shaped ropes 7 through flats 8, suspending other ropes 9 from the floats 8, and mounting weights 10 on tips of the ropes 9, a smoke candle and a rescue signal transmitter 11 are mounted on proper positions of the upper face, and each rope and generate a color in casualty, so that the sufferers can immediately grasp the ropes 7 or the float 8 and wear safety belts to wait the rescue even when they dive into the water. As the lifesaving device 6 for casualty is set like the network, an accident position can be quickly known by the smoke candle and the rescue signal transmitter 11, and further as the ropes 7, 9 generate the fluorescent color, the position can be confirmed and the lifesaving activity can be surely performed even in night. |
