PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear, capable of damping shocks on gearing, even with low accuracy of dimensions, effectively suppressing minute feed fluctuations, speed fluctuations, vibration, and reducing noises. SOLUTION: The gear has at least two lines of teeth, composed of a materials which are different with each other in rigidity, are provided coaxially and adjacent at a predetermined interval, and teeth pitches of two lines of teeth are made to be shifted, so that any tooth of at least one line of teeth is geared with any tooth of the corresponding teeth to always contact with arbirary timing, when transmitting revolution between a gear and the other gear.
