PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swiftly carry out electrical inspection of an electric wiring system having a multiplicity of contacts by minimizing the number of electrical inspections. SOLUTION: A plurality of contacts composing a network of the electric wiring system is sorted into a plurality of groups. Insulation is mutually secured between each group. Insulation quality between the plurality of groups is discriminated. When it is determined that insulation between the groups is good, insulation quality within each group of contacts is discriminated.
