PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene resin sheet for thermoforming excellent in thermoforming properties and usable for producing a container having high rigidity and good appearance. SOLUTION: The thermoformable polyethylene resin sheet comprising a laminated sheet composed of two surface layers and at least one intermediate layer positioned between the both surface layers comprises a surface layer formed of a polyethylene resin having a density of 0.940-0.960 g/cm<3> , an MFR of 1.0-10 g/10 minutes, and a molecular weight distribution Mw/Mn of 13-50, and an intermediate layer formed of a polyethylene resin having a density of higher than that of the surface layer by at least 0.010 g/cm<3> to below 0.970 g/cm<3> , and MFR of 0.1-5 g/10 minutes and a molecular weight distribution Mw/Mn of 3-13. |
