PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector having a simple structure and a superior connecting strength and to provide a connecting structure of woods using it. SOLUTION: This connector comprises a connecting rod, a bolt, and two pins. The connecting rod 4 is provided with a pin through-hole 8 orthogonal to a shaft in the vicinity to its one end, an axially-long pin through-hole 9 orthogonal to the shaft in the vicinity to the other end, and a screw hole 10, which reaches the long pin through-hole 9, for threadly engaged with the bolt in the axial direction in the other end. This connecting structure of the woods using this connector is, for example, provided with a through-hole 11 orthogonal to the column in the connecting part of the column 1. A first beam 2 is provided with a connecting rod through-hole 12 from the column-side end surface along the shaft of the beam and a pin through-hole 13 orthogonal there to, a second beam 3 is similarly provided with a connecting rod through-hole 14 beam and a pin through-hole 15 orthogonal there to, and the innermost part of the connecting rod through-hole 14 in the second beam 3 is provided with a recess part 16 formed from one surface of the beam extending over the connecting rod through-hole 14.
