PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an old-bamboo rail fence panel made of a synthetic resin, which is made tasteful like a bamboo rail fence formed of natural old bamboos from the time of installation in a variety of Japanese style gardens and the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of split bamboo pieces are obtained by making the natural old bamboo cut in a prescribed length and split lengthwise; one side 3a of a light gray plate-shaped synthetic resin material 3 is coated with a film 2 on which a pattern on one side of the natural-old-bamboo rail fence panel formed by juxtaposing the split bamboo pieces is printed and which has total light transmittance of a prescribed range; and the material 3 coated with the film 2 is formed in such a manner as to have a corrugated cross section, so that the old-bamboo rail fence panel can be made tasteful like the natural- old-bamboo rail fence panel.
