PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and sufficiently feed lubricating oil to a bearing, and sufficiently feed lubricating oil to a spline shaft as well. SOLUTION: In a rotor shaft 10 of a high speed rotation machine 100, an oil passage 20 to feed lubrication oil O in the axial direction is formed. Oil holes 40A and 40B to feed lubricating oil O to the bearings 140A and 140B are formed in such a way that the number of the oil holes 40B is larger. A coupling part 50 for the spline shaft is provided at a terminal end part of the oil passage 20, and a spline cap 54 having an insertion part 55 provided with a lubricating oil feed groove 70 in which the oil passage 20 and the spline shaft are communicated is installed on the coupling part 50. The spline shaft is installed on the spline cap 54, and lubricating oil O is fed from the oil passage 20 through the oil holes 40A and 40B and the lubricating oil feed groove 70 to the bearings 140A and 140B and the spline shaft.
