SOLUTION: The foreign material in conduit recovery device 10 consists of a catching net 12 attached pivotally to the tip of an insertion cord 11, an operation cord 13 attached pivotally to the catching net 12. The catching net 12 can be rocked by the operation of the operation cord 13.
