PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer which is capable of drying garbage and stably deodorizing a decomposition exhaust gas for a long time with high efficiency and saving energy by reducing energy consumption required for drive. SOLUTION: This garbage disposer 1 decomposes the garbage by the help of microbes in a decomposition tank 2 and deodorizes the decomposition exhaust gas in a deodorization part 7 and discharges the gas to the outside. In addition, the garbage disposer 1 comprises a moisture removal part which removes the moisture content of the decomposition exhaust gas, return piping 3 for sending a part of the decomposition exhaust gas after moisture removal into the garbage and discharge piping 4 for supplying the remaining decomposition exhaust gas to the deterioration part 7 and then discharging it to the outside.
