DIGITAL VIDEO SIGNAL INTERFACE MODULE CAPABLE OF LONG DISTANCE TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE: A digital video signal interface module capable of the long distance transmission is provided to transmit a digital video signal to a long distance by using an optical device and an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION: A laser driver(30) and a laser diode(38) convert the digital video signal outputted from a computer(1) into each laser signal. A photo-diode(39) restores the inputted laser signal to an electric signal. A PD(Photo-Diode) amplifier(32) amplifies the signal of each photo-diode and transmits the signal to an LCD monitor(2). The optical fibers(37) transmit the laser signal by installing between each laser diode and photo-diode. A power line and a ground line supply the power to the laser diode and the PD amplifier by installing between the computer and the LCD monitor. An information transfer tool transfers the information for the LCD monitor to the computer by installing between the computer and the LCD monitor.
