PURPOSE: A method and a system for a payment by giving an intrinsic digital content number are provided to enable a web server to perform the certification and the payment for the content use through a communication provider without an intervention of a payment approval server. CONSTITUTION: A data receiving part(515) receives the member information data and the contents selection information from a client(505). A content management part(520) provides the contents to the client by extracting the information data selected by the client from a DB(555). A password generating part(525) generates the password given to the selected contents to the client in the real-time. A password processing part(530) transmits the generated password data and the personal information of the client to the communication provider(510) and transmits the password data for the contents and a connection number for the communication provider to the client. A certification confirmation part(535) receives the data confirming the certification of the client. A contents providing part(540) provides the contents to the certified client.
