PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate reflector, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The reflector comprises a reflection surface plate and a support connected to the contact surface of the back surface of the plate, to support the plate from behind. The reflector further comprises a resin layer applied to the contact surface of the support which contacts the plate, fixed to the contact surface, shaped at the front surface in a shape, corresponding to the contact surface of the back surface of the plate and cured, and to an adhesive layer interposed between the front surface of the resin layer and the contact surface of the plate for connecting both front and contact surfaces.
