PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key switch device wherein profile thinning is possible while the key top is made low, and wherein key operability is superior and to surely carry out switching by preventing that a link member needlessly moves in a horizontal direction. SOLUTION: Slide locking parts 16, 16 to slidably lock pin parts 11a, 11b of the upper side free end in the first link 4 is installed at the key top 2, and at the slide locking parts 16, 16, a stopper part on which the pin parts 11a, 11b are abutted is installed, and an elevation position of the key top 2 at the time of non-pushing-down with 16 is regulated.
