PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide-band non-reciprocal circuit element that is small- sized and can be assembled easily. SOLUTION: This non-reciprocal circuit element is provided, having a plurality of center conductors which are laminated upon another, in a state with the conductors cross each other in insulated states through a magnetic material upon which a DC magnetic field is impressed and a matching capacitor connected to one end sections of the conductors. In this circuit element, each of the center conductors connected to input-, output-, and dummy port-side terminals is formed in a plurality of layers and the conductors are electrically connected in series.
