PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modularize light-emitting elements, and to facilitate its conveyance or mounting on a substrate. SOLUTION: At least a part of light-emitting elements is embedded in insulation materials, and the drive electrodes thereof are led out to the surface of the insulation materials. Those display elements are two-dimensionally arrayed on a substrate so that a display unit can be constituted. Thus, the finely formed light emitting elements are embedded in the insulating materials, so as to be reformed into an easily treatable size, and these light-emitting elements are integrated into a module so that the manufacturing costs is reduced, and the handling performance is ensured. |
