PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display state changing device, a picture providing device, and a picture providing system, capable of spreading the provision of a picture. SOLUTION: Objects 31, 33, 35, 77, and 78 constituted of temporally continuous pictures having arbitrary shapes are received from the outside part, and the objects are displayed at a prescribed display means 23 according to display designation information D25 and D50 for designating the display states of those objects 31, 33, 35, 77, and 78, and the designated contents of the display designation information D25 and D50 are changed according to a change instruction inputted from an input means 21 to change the display states of the objects 31, 33, 35, 77, and 78 displayed at the display means 23. Thus, it is possible to reflect the intention of the user, and to spread the provision of the picture.
