PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently allocate a taxi. SOLUTION: Portable communication equipment 10 and an allocation center 20 receive allocation request information to the allocation center 20 from a user H or transmit allocation command information from the center 20 to a taxi V through a communication repeating base 30 having short-range radio equipment 31 and long-range radio equipment 32. The base 30 is installed at a taxi terminal in front of a station or at a store to be communicable with the equipment 10 or the taxi V through the equipment 31 and to be communicable with the center 20 through the equipment 32 such as a conventional telephone line or a portable telephone line.
