PURPOSE: An ink-refilling device for ink cartridge is provided to allow ink-refilling work to be performed in an easy and rapid manner by converting interior of ink cartridge into vacuum state through the capillary tube of ink cartridge. CONSTITUTION: An ink-refilling device comprises an ink-refilling part(200) and a balance part(300). The ink-refilling part is arranged at a main body of the ink-refilling device, and includes a suction line(240) and an ink injection line(230). An ink cartridge(10) is set inversely, and has top and bottom ends closed by a first jig(210) and a second jig(220), respectively. The suction line forms vacuum state by evacuating air from an interior of the cartridge through a capillary tube, and the ink injection line injects ink into the ink cartridge through the capillary tube. The balance part is arranged side by side to the ink-refilling part. The ink cartridge refilled with ink by the ink-refilling part is set upright, and top and bottom ends of the ink cartridge are closed by a third jig(310) and a fourth jig(320), respectively. Subsequently, proper amount of the ink and air existing within the ink cartridge are evacuated, to thereby balance pressure in the ink cartridge.
