A fluid delivery device (10) generally including: an electrochemical pump (18), wherein the electrochemical pump (18) is capable of generating water; an electrochemical pump product chamber (16), wherein the electrochemical pump product chamber (16) is capable of retaining water generated from the electrochemical pump (18); a displaceable member (14) positioned between the electrochemical pump product chamber (16) and a reservoir (12), wherein the displaceable member (14) is controllably displaced upon generation of water from the electrical pump; wherein the reservoir (12) is capable of containin g a fluid (22) which is delivered upon displacement of the displaceable member (14); and a housing (20) for containing the electrochemical pump (18), the electrochemical pump product chamber (16), the displaceable member (14), and the reservoir (12).
