PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a decorative board having thickness by laminating plate materials and make the decorative board light in weight. SOLUTION: Plate materials 1 and 2 constituting a head board A as the decorative board are stuck to each other. By allowing a peripheral edge part to remain on an inner surface of the plate material 1, a plurality of depression parts 5 are formed approaching each other. By partly forming a thin plate part 6 by the depression part 5, the thick head board A of a heavy weight feeling can be made light in weight.
