FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to creation of plasticized compositions based on suspension polyvinylchloride that can be used for manufacturing film materials. Polymer composition contains suspension polyvinylchloride, ester plasticizer, tribasic lead sulfate, and lubricant, in particular mixed II-group metal carboxylates: interaction products of stearic acid and monoalkyl malate with metal hydroxides or oxides.
