PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a room having high independence utilized for a job site and lecture room for a taste or the like without damaging a spatial connection and an integral feeling as the whole house. SOLUTION: A terrace (5) with a roof is arranged extending over a section between a room (3) in the first floor of a main ridge (1) and a room (4) in the first floor of a detached room (2) while direct going-in-and-out to and from the room (4) on the detached room side is enabled without passing the inside of the main ridge (1), an entrance (10) facing the room (3) on the main ridge side and a window (11) are installed to the room (4) on the detached room side, and the state of the main ridge (1) side can be guessed and known.
