PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite electronic component, a main plate structure and an electronic timepiece using it capable of reducing the number of components and miniaturizable as a whole. SOLUTION: This composite electric component 2 such as the main plate structure 2 of the electronic timepiece 1 has a non-conductive body part 10 and at least one conductive part 60 supported by the body part 10. The body part 10 includes a non-conductive carbon nano-tube. The conductive part 60 is provided with at least two terminal parts 62 and 61 each including a conductive carbon nano-tube, formed integrally with the body part 10, and exposed to the surfaces 26b and 28a of the body part 20 so as to provide a transmission path of an electric signal between two contact parts 33 and 6b of electric components 4 and 6 separate from the electric component 2. |
