PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a flame-retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which is excellent in basic adhesion characteristics such as tack and maintenance and has a high flame retardancy, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In a flame-retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive tape formed by coating a substrate with a solventless photo-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is prepared by adding a flame-retardant to a photo-curable pressure- sensitive adhesive primarily comprising at least an alkyl (meth) acrylate ester monomer, a monomer containing a polar group, an acrylic polymeric mass having a photo-active functional group and a photopolymerization initiator, 5-100 pts.wt. of phosphazene, 10-200 pts. wt. of hydrated alumina and 5-100 pts.wt. of ammonium polyphosphate are mixed as the flame-retardant with 100 pts.wt. of the photo-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive.
