PURPOSE: To provide an internal liquid medicine easy in oral administration by reducing bitterness of a bitterness-exhibiting water-soluble component. CONSTITUTION: The liquid medicine comprises a bitterness-exhibiting water-soluble component, for example, vitamins B and reducing water. Further, the pH value may be adjusted into a range of 2-7. The reducing water has an oxidation- reduction potential of less than 0 mV, and contains dissolved hydrogen (molecular hydrogen). The electrolyticaly reduced water obtained by electrolytic reduction of an electrolyte is preferable.
