<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber distribution type temperature measuring device improved in accuracy of temperature measurement. SOLUTION: A backward scattered light receiving processing means has a first means for measuring the space (a) backward scattered light of a measuring optical fiber having a base point as the device, a second means for measuring the space (a) backward scattered light having an a/2 base point, a third means for executing the measurement by the first and second means two or more times and executing an averaging every individual measurement data, a fourth means for executing a logarithmic conversion, a firth means for independently performing a temperature conversion processing to the resulting data line of 0, a, 2a to na and data line of a/2, a+a/2, 2a+a/2 to na+a/2, a sixth means for performing an interpolation to obtain a data line of 0, a/2, a, a+a/2 to na+a/2, and a seventh means for outputting the temperature converted in the sixth means.</p> |
