PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize high accuracy in an observation region having a large magnification and speediness in an observation having a small magnification by information for transmitting mutually between observation regions having different magnifications. SOLUTION: A positioning marker 1 is composed by combining a skeleton marker 2 and a data marker 3, and the skeleton marker and the data marker 3 exist corresponding to the current magnification of an observation region and each adjacent magnification set to different magnifications successively. The skeleton marker 2 composes two-dimensional coordinates. The data marker 3 has information Pm (x, y) regarding the position of coordinates origins in a larger magnification out of adjacent magnifications, and coordinates scale information Sc, Sm, and SM in the current magnification of the observation region, a larger magnification out of adjacent magnifications, and a smaller magnification out of adjacent magnifications. Therefore, by transmitting information among observation regions with different magnifications, shifting can be made for positioning.
