The skeleton marker 2 composes two-dimensional coordinates. The data marker 3 has information Pm (x, y) regarding the position of coordinates origins in a larger magnification out of adjacent magnifications, and coordinates scale information Sc, Sm, and SM in the current magnification of the observation region, a larger magnification out of adjacent magnifications, and a smaller magnification out of adjacent magnifications. Therefore, by transmitting information among observation regions with different magnifications, shifting can be made for positioning.
