<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve preparation of an efficient carry plan and carry control considering the competition and interference between carrier devices. SOLUTION: A Petri net model expressing each process element of the carry process at least as one place is organized by each carry work for each product to be carried and by each carrier device. Based on the Petri net model, an applicability matrix expressing the priority order of each place and each motion time step for carrier devices to be disposed and an applicability matrix expressing the priority order of each motion time step for the carry work to be executed are prepared. Then, an expression of relation for increasing or reducing the value of each element of the applicability matrixes based on the competition, interference, restriction of order, and restriction of position of the carrier devices and the products is formulated, and from the result of the convergence calculation of the value of each element of the applicability matrixes based on the expression, the allocation of the carrier devices, the order of the carry, and the time of the carry for each element of the carry work are determined.</p> |
