METHOD AND DEVICE FOR NONDESTRUCTIVE INSPECTION FOR HAMMERING TEST WORKPIECE AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method and a device for it capable of quickly detecting a clearance and a crack on a centimeter order or less in nondestructive inspection of a hammering test workpiece (for example, a refractory, especially, a monolithic refractory, or a concrete member) for indexation of a soundness degree of a molding and to provide a means for managing production/shipment quality as a subassembly. SOLUTION: In this nondestructive inspection method for the hammering test workpiece, a frequency exhibiting maximum amplitude in hammering of the hammering test workpiece surface is measured to be compared with an ideal natural frequency of the hammering test workpiece for indexation of the soundness degree of the hammering test workpiece.
