PURPOSE: A dish is provided to continuously keep a temperature of hot water or cold ice, thus keeping the taste or the degree of freshness of foods for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The dish(1) for keeping a temperature of foods continuously is formed with a short raised portion(4) at a certain height along the inner periphery of the dish, and a convex cover plate(2) is coupled to the short raised portion. So a space(3) for receiving hot water or cold ice is formed between the bottom surface of the dish and the lower part of the cover plate in order to continuously keep a temperature of foods received in the dish.
