PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately set a function of a camera by remote control even when an accessory is attached to a camera main body. SOLUTION: In the system, a signal indicating whether or not the accessory is attached to the camera is transmitted to a remote control means and the function to carrying out the setting by the remote control means is added when the accessory is attached.
