PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete-based panel fitting structure allowing panels to be easily fitted, dispensing with or minimizing filling of a repair material by a dry construction method and allowing the panels to be firmly fitted in a flush state onto a steel beam. SOLUTION: A bolt part 42 of a bar-like fitting 40 with the lower part fixed to a steel beam 20 is screwed into a threaded hole 31 of circular hardware 30 inserted in a circular counterbored part 12 formed in a short-side end part of the concrete-based panels 10, and the concrete-based panels 10 are clamp-fixed between the circular hardware 30 and the steel beam 20.
