PURPOSE: A sludge drier is provided to allow the sludge drier to be easily assembled/disassembled by separately fabricating the sludge drier body and to fabricate the sludge drier at an inexpensive cost. CONSTITUTION: A sludge drier(30) has body units(31a,31c), which are stacked at an upper portion of an incinerator(20). The body units(31a,31c) is provided with drying drums(32a,32f) and outer cases(40a,40b,40c), which surround the drying drums(32a,32f) such that a space is formed therebetween. High-temperature combustion gas is introduced into the space thereby heating the drying drums(32a,32f). Screw conveyers(42a,42c) are installed at an upper portion of the drying drums(32a,32f). The screw conveyers(42a,42c) are driven by a motor so as to convey sludges. Input hoppers(43a,43c) are installed at a rear upper portion of the screw conveyers(42a,42c).
