FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: grinder has cylindrical casing with upper and lower working tools rotating in opposite directions. Lower working tool is formed as truncated cone with speeding up ribs positioned on upper base of cone. Upper working tool with discharge opening in its upper part has conical depression, whose inner surface, as well as conical part of lower working tool is defined by V-shaped ribs of wear-resistant material. Working chamber defined by working tools is made funnel-shaped. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
