PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the vibration of a caster wheel without restricting the wheel rotation for steering a load carrier with wheels. SOLUTION: An assembly for fitting the caster wheel (3) to a suspended stationary post (10) on the load carrier with wheels has a body element (20) provided with a cylindrical chamber (20a) concentrically surrounding a support post (10). The body element has a bracket for fitting the caster wheel so as to be rotated around the horizontal axis. Perpendicular stacks of washers (21 and 22) surround the support post, and every other washer out of the washers is fixed to the support post, and rotatable in the cylindrical chamber. The remaining washers out of the washers are rotatable together with the body element around the axis of the support post. The cylindrical chamber is filled with lubricating fluid with viscous fluid shear resistance to the sufficient depth to cover every abutting surface of the washers. |
