PURPOSE: To provide shorts-type disposal wearing goods by which the leakage of excreta from not only the crotch area but also front/back waist area is prevented while erecting the leakage prevention flap of an absorbent pad to the upper side of a core through the full length of a leg periphery direction. CONSTITUTION: The shorts-type disposal clothing goods 1A consist of a skin covering sheet 2 and an absorbent pad 3 having a liquid absorption core 12 interposed between front/rear surface sheets 10. The pad 3 has a leakage prevention flap 20 extending the outer side of both of the side edges of the core 12 and standing toward an waist opening 4 and a belt-like hanging belt 20 positioned at the top of the flap 20 and extending in a leg periphery direction. The extension part 21c of the belt 21 extending outward in the direction of the leg periphery from the front/rear end parts 16 and 18 of the pad is connected to the front/rear waste areas 24 and 26 of the sheet 2.
