摘要 Hydrogen oil sand synergies apparatus comprising: A computer controlled rotary crusher and a press of the same basic design capable of operating at high temperature and applying progressively higher pressure for high production volumes. Oil squeezing rotary filter specifically adapted for large rates of oil sand separation, by interfacing a Hydrogen Rotary Generator to provide electricity and hot steam exhaust to complement the operation process, which can optionally be adapted to the wine, olive oil and juice industries. A lateral variable speed conveyor interfaced with a separator of unwanted materials feeds the crusher, which feeds a pre- heating conveyor that feeds the oil soaked sand into the rotary press, where it is mixed with hot exhaust steam from the hydrogen rotary generator. Electric heaters adapted to the hub of the rotary press gears automatically apply further heat to facilitate the separation process of oil from the sand. Five inter- coupled gears provide an increasingly higher pressure to the filter and squeeze the oil through a plurality of check valves into a rotary coupling manifold having a temperature gauge and a flow rate meter. After the rotary coupling an oil-cooler recuperates the thermal energy from the filtered oil with a heat pump, which fed back for redundant pre-heatingof the oil sand in the feeding conveyor. The left over dry sand is scraped and shaken off from the filter's surface after the last squeezing roller and dropped into a second conveyor for disposal.
