PURPOSE: Provided is a mouth treater and toothbrush in one with little current used which generates little current from the toothbrush and flows the current into the mouth in a medium of water or spit so that it helps to activate abnormal mouth cell and return it to normal one. CONSTITUTION: The mouth treater and toothbrush with little current used comprises the parts of: a first(3) and a second electrode(4) which is respectively placed in the divided toothbrush hair(2); and a DC supply source which supplies little current for the first and the second electrode including a static current generation part to use power of the DC supply source and to generate static current and a control part to use a switch for changing the polarity of static current generated from the static current generation part.
