PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pour-out aid for a pouch which can press the pouch similarly for every pour-out and is easy to handle, and a pouch for pouring by a fixed quantity. SOLUTION: The pour-out aid has a body frame member 24 which can hang the pouch, and a cover member 25 provided opposite to a front 28 of the member 24. The body frame member 24 includes a hanger for hanging the pouch at a hanging portion on the front 28 in the vicinity of its upper end, and further includes a pouch receive 32 in contact with a back of the pouch hanging on the front 28 at a position toward a lower end. The cover member 25 is coupled via a hinge 26 with the vicinity of the upper end of the member 24 in the vicinity of its upper end. In addition, a pouch pressurizing portion 33 which can press the hanging pouch in cooperation with the pouch receive 32 of the member 24 is formed at a position toward the lower end.
