PURPOSE: A hidden waterproof protective plate and a building waterproofing method using the plate are provided to completely prevent the damage of a waterproof layer due to external causes by additionally installing the waterproof protective plate onto the waterproof layer. CONSTITUTION: The hidden waterproof protective plate(10) comprises an impermeable synthetic resin board; a plurality of projections(11) integrally molded on the top surface of the impermeable synthetic resin board in a lattice form; and fabrics or non-woven fabrics(12a) attached to the top surface of the projections. The building waterproofing method using the hidden waterproof protective plate comprises the steps of; constructing a waterproof layer(3) on a concrete slab layer of a building(1); constructing the hidden waterproof protective plate over the waterproof layer; placing concrete(4) over the plate.
