PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle location information management system capable of instructing a service man on a vehicle located closest to the location of a client to perform repair and inspection on the basis of repair/inspection business conditions of the service man and the location information of the vehicle regardless of which dealer the service man belongs to with respect to a repair/ inspection request from a consumer in emergency, and performing processing corresponding to emergency in the shortest time from the occurrence of emergency. SOLUTION: The service man on the vehicle on which a communication unit incorporating a GPS receiver is managed commonly by associating with dealers with one another, the repair/inspection business conditions of the service man to be managed and the location data of the vehicle are grasped, and when a repair/inspection request is received from a consumer, the service man on the vehicle located closest to the location of the client is instructed to perform repair/inspection regardless of which dealer the service man belongs to on the basis of the repair/inspection business conditions of the service man and the location information of the vehicle.
