PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method capable of more effectively advertising products and services than heretofore. SOLUTION: A background member 30 moves continuously, to made a background screen 40 move continuously. A object 60 is installed in front of the background member 30. An image of the object 60 moving with respect to the background screen 40 is provided by the object 60 which is moving relative to the background screen 40 on the background member 30, and advertisement effect is increased by two fold.
