PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integratedly manage fund and finance information of a plurality of companies belonging to a group by using a computer and also to improve account receivable offset accuracy. SOLUTION: A system is provided with a single account (collective account) for processing money receivable and payable of respective companies belonging to the group and a virtual account (virtual account) in a database file for managing fund and finance information of the respective companies belonging to the group as its breakdown. In the system, the fund and finance information is transmitted by a computer network which uses a web technology, has a mapping means and is provided with a thee-step password management and a data enciphering means. The system also has means for substitute payment, inter-group company settlement, simulation, surplus or insufficient fund automatic operation amount prediction, intra-group account receivable automatic settlement, account receivable offset accuracy improvement to the third party, etc. |
