PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional method of removing contaminants and sludge from the inside of a bathtub water heater comprising the steps of connecting a pump type container filled up with a solvent cleaner to bathtub water heater connecting pipes provided in a bathtub and injecting the cleaner into the heater by manually compressing the container cannot completely wash the inside of the heater due to the imperfect circulation of the cleaner in the heater and requires long time. SOLUTION: After an inside washer for bathtub water heater is connected to two upper and lower bathtub water heater connecting pipes provided in the bathtub, the solvent cleaner packed in the washer is forcibly injected into the heater by rotating the battery-driven motor of the washer and circulated in the heater and washer. At the same time, contaminants and sludge are effectively removed from the inside of the heater by means of hydraulic power generated by the rotation of the motor.
