PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently input data by visually navigating an input item. SOLUTION: Each of data file devices 3, 5, 7 is provided with a data input part 13 for inputting data from a mouse 11 or a keyboard 12, a network I/F 14 for transmitting/receiving data to/from another data file device through an intra-hospital LAN 8, a data control part 16 to be an input order guiding means for controlling the data input part 13 and the network I/F 14, processing various data and constructing a data base in a data storage part 15, a data display part 18 controlled by the data storage part 15 to display required information on a monitor 17, and a printer I/F 20 controlled by the data storage part 15 to print out the required information by a printer 19. |
