PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil conditioner capable of stably supplying bases and phosphoric acid required for growing plants, capable of raising a soil pH where the soil pH is low, capable of giving soil purification activity such as antibacteri al and antifungal activity, and further capable of efficiently decomposing organic materials in the soil, to provide a method for producing the soil conditioner, and to provide a method for conditioning the soil. SOLUTION: This soil conditioner contains 20-80 wt.% of titanium oxide, 5-20 wt.% of coral, 5-20 wt.% of tourmaline, 5-20 wt.% of silver zeolite, and 5-20 wt.% of metallic silicon. The method for producing the soil conditioner and the method for conditioning the soil are provided. |
