PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation tower for a water storage tank by which an insect net replacing work can be easily performed, the cost can be reduced, and in addition, the attaching strength for an insect net can be sufficiently secured. SOLUTION: This ventilation tower for the water storage tank is equipped with a ventilation tower body 20 and a rain preventing cover 50. In this case, the ventilation tower body 20 is erected on the water storage tank 1. The rain preventive cover 50 is attached on the top of the ventilation tower body 20 under a configuration to cover the upper section. The ventilation tower main body 20 has an approximately cylindrical ventilation pipe 30 which constitutes the lower side of the ventilation tower body 20, and an approximately cylindrical insect net unit 40 which constitutes the upper side. In addition, the insect net unit 40 has an insect net frame 45 wherein ventilation ports 41 and 42 are formed on the upper wall and the peripheral side wall, and an insect net 43 which is attached to the ventilation ports 41 and 42 of the insect net frame 45. Then, the lower end opening of the insect net frame 45 for the insect net unit 40 is detachably fitted on the upper end opening of the ventilation pipe 30 through a gasket 60.
