PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store electronic chart data as temporary storage data in an order server and to convert the temporary storage data stored in the order server into a storing method of a chart history server to be stored in an electronic chart system comprising the order server, an electronic chart history server and a terminal. SOLUTION: The entire situations of that day (order date) are grasped by fetching management on the order date and displaying the order date (date when a patient visits a hospital and date when a doctor visits a patient) on a chart image. In this system, display on the chart image is managed with the order date as reference, and when the date for the chart image display arrives, a performance date for a scheduled order of future performance is automatically described (screen display) as scheduled performance information. The system holds an instruction input selecting means for diagnosis and treatment actions, medical examinations, etc., a treatment plan inputting means and an order management inputting means on the screen. |
